Bracelet replacement policy

Customers cannot return bracelets. However, if your bracelet breaks or snaps within 30 days of purchase, you can request a new one. Proof of damage is required, typically a photo, to process your replacement. Please email me to initiate this.

What to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect

If your FaunaWrist bracelet arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email me immediately with photographic proof of the issue. You will promptly be sent a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit

Due to the handmade and awareness-focused nature of my products, FaunaWrist Jewelry does not offer refunds, exchanges for different items, or store credit. All sales are considered final. I also do not accept returns based on a change of mind after purchase.
