From a Porch to a Passion
It began with selling little beaded things on my front porch when I was a small kid. But when I was gifted more jewelry making supplies while developing a growing passion for endangered animals and the planet, the vision evolved. After experimenting (and failing) with (almost) an Etsy shop and selling at a local farmer's market, the idea to combine jewelry making with raising awareness was born. Thus, FaunaWrist Jewelry, a passion project with a purpose, was created... eventually.
What It's All About
When you wear one of my bracelets, I hope you feel inspired! I want you to know that you don't need a special degree to make a difference, and everyone can be an advocate for our planet.
I'm here to create a community of people who care about wildlife and want to help me make a difference too!
The Price of Handmade
When you buy handmade, you're buying a piece of the hours of work spent planning, dreaming, and improving. A lot more effort goes into content creating, photography, markets, events, stocking supplies, and building inventory than you'd believe until you do it yourself. But every process makes me happy, especially knowing that it's for a reason. I really think that handmade items carry a different kind of value than mass-produced ones do.
